POLICIES

 

Your appointment time is valuable to me and I want to provide the best service possible! Time allotted for your appointment is reserved especially for you! I respect your time and ask the same of you. To ensure health, safety & comfort of every guest, general and safety policies are enforced.

GENERAL INFORMATION

​

  • ​Be sure to fill out all proper consent and COVID-19 forms at time of booking or 24 hours before appointment time!

  • Please wash and sanitize hands upon arrival.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 7 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. There may not be enough time to perform your treatment. (refer to late arrival policies)

  • All appointments are booked based on the allotted time for each client's service. You being late does not push your appointment time back as there are other clients behind you. If you have any questions regarding your appointment please feel free to call or text ASAP.

  • Silence your cell phone to minimize interruptions- this allows us to communicate effectively so there are no misunderstandings at the time of your appointment. Your appointment is your "me time" enjoy with no distributions!

  • Please communicate if you need to cancelor reschedule "NO call-NO show" you will be charged 90% of your service + transaction fees and prohibited from booking any future appointments with Iridescence by Elle. If you sincerely would like to rebook a non refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking (deposit amount depends on service).

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS & REMINDERS

​

  • You will receive 3 confirmation emails, an email at the time of booking your appointment, an email 10 hours before the time of your appointment and an email 1 hour before your appointment.

  • You can reschedule/cancel/change your appointment online or through me, up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please give a minimum of 12 hour notice.

EYELASH APPOINTMENTS

​

  • Arrive to your appointment with clean & makeup free lashes. Avoid wearing makeup around your eyes for 24-48 hours before your appointment if possible. The allotted time for your appointment is for the application of eyelash extensions, not the cleaning of lashes.

  • Removal of makeup and cleaning of lashes prior to start of new application or touch up takes time away from lash application.

  • During eyelash services, it is very important you do not talk once the eye pads are in place and your service has begun. It is likely that fumes from the glue can irritate your eyes or the pads can move out of place and cause discomfort. (It also allows you to relax and take a lash nap!)

  • NO caffeine 24 hours before your lash appointment (may cause eyes to flutter= poor application of lashes, service can take longer)

  • NO chewing gum, during lash appointment



REFUND POLICY

  • Individual Services, Promotional Services or Sale Services, for yourself or for other individuals are absolutely non-refundable. There are NO REFUNDS on any services whatsoever.

  • ANY DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

  • If you are unhappy with a service please contact me within 24 hours, and I will be happy to accommodate you to the best of my ability, No refunds on services.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY​

​

 For the safety and comfort of your children and yourself, out of respect for your appointment and the studio, your cooperation and understanding of these child safety policies are greatly appreciated! In the event you do not have child care arrangement, I respectfully ask that you abide by the following:

​

  • Please have children of the appropriate age in a car seat or stroller for duration of appointment​.

  • No food or open drinks in studio. Bottles and sippy cups must be closed tightly to avoid messes.

  • In the event your appointment has suffered multiple distractions due to child's needs, you will be asked to reschedule and to find the appropriate child care arrangements.

  • Iridescence by Elle does not, under any circumstances, assume responsibility for the well being of your child during your visit. The guardian assumes all liability for any damages to the studio.

NO SHOW POLICY

​

  • ''No show" clients will be charged 90% of the services booked.

  • Failure to communicate your absence, will result in a 'no call-no show' and you will be charged 90% of your service ticket (you will be prohibited from booking any future appointments, If you sincerely would like to rebook, a non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking (deposit amount depends on service).

  • You are responsible for 90% of your booked appointment if you choose to "no call-no show"

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  • If you are unable to make it at the appointed time, text or call. Please do so at your earliest convenience! I can be flexible and work with you, only if you meet me half way! Please give me a minimum of 12 hours notice.

  • Iridescence by Elle allows you to cancel service appointments up to 24 hours before the start time.​ Do so to avoid a cancellation fee of 90% of the scheduled service.

  • If you cancel 12 hour or less prior to your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 90% of the service.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

​

  • If you feel you need to arrive to your appointment early to be on time please do so.  There is no excuses to be late to your scheduled appointment.

  • To respect everyone's time, clients are allotted a 7 minute grace period from the time of their appointment time. 

  • After 7 minutes, your appointment is cancelled and you are then considered a "no show" (90% of service fee WILL be charged)

  • If you do show up late, I may be able to continue the service with a shortened time. However, if I have a client after you I can not run over into the next clients appointment time. Your appointment will have to end at the scheduled time. This will be at my discretion based on my books.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

​

Your sensitive information is stored within an encrypted database for the highest security

  • A VALID credit card must be kept on file to rebook appointments​

  • If your credit card expires or you choose not to keep a card on file, all appointments will require prepayment (via zelle or Venmo)
